Which the program that I use?
Gimp 2.8 (you can download it in the site, it's free! http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html)
But you can use Photoshop too, because GIMP looks like with Photoshop, but it's free, more simple and more "light".
I'll explain of a mode that is possible make in Photoshop or GIMP, not much detailed, I wait that you know the basic of the program.

... In all seriousness, this seems pretty legit. I mean, it's not as if the popular deviations aren't good artwork but the themes are overused. Although PewdiePie's expressions are almost unhuman and hilarious it'd probably be even more funny if someone actually drew them out so they could over exaggerate even further than what his normal expressions are. (Of course, there's tons of fanart for this reason but there are other LPers that are just as quirky as Pewds.)
