I'm one of those crazy adopt people that will be donating to you XD
That is as soon as I get to a real computer *is on my phone*
...
While I do agree alot of adopts and some of the prices people pay for them are crazy,
I can see why people buy them. For me when I seen an adopt that inspires me,
or looks like a character I've been writing about I'll adopt it to have a more visual example for my writings.
I draw, but I'm lazy/slow and have to be in the mood when I'm not at work, so to draw one character might take me 6 months. 'Corse when I do draw my sketches are huge (more like 2 feet tall...) and then I still may look at it and throw the idea out the window. It's easier to adopt or comission others to draw your thoughts sometimes, specially when the visual isn't as important as the writing.
I don't take most of your comics seriously X3

I'll never understand character horders or hatchable/mystery adopts,
but out side of that I'm pretty okay with them ^^
(Also I loved your spam comic, I can see my husband and me doing something like that.)
Yeah I know that some people like normal adopts [many among my friends xD]
I just wish some of them drawn their own instead of buying from others [that's it, unless the person doesn't feel comfortable with own drawings-then I get that someone might prefer someone else to design characters for them]
